Review: Taking a probiotic supplement never really occurred to me until a few days ago when my friend, who was instructed to take antibiotics, got really really sick off them. Probiotics can balance out antibiotics' negative digestive side effects, so I told her to eat yogurt because yogurt is known for having probiotics—healthy bacteria.
